Am I missing something? Is the mod updated to 3.1.3 or no? I tried downloading this link and it still doesn't work despite it saying updated Feb 1st, it still says 3.1.2 Nov 2023. I know the creator of the mod has been on recently too so just curious. Anyone else have any luck?

Oh ok gotcha. Like you said, just have to wait and be patient I guess. Thanks for trying though :)! Yeah, back then definitely took longer! At least these days most times mods are updated fairly quicker.
