I read it and I really still dont understand sorry. Ok um the posting thing what is that about. what is it my head hurts..

Let's say you have some ebook not found here. You can make a thread and upload it, earning sbcash.

ok well i have a couple of questions: Do you have to put a price on the ebook or other stuff
What stuff are we allowed to post. like what can we post and
are there certain things were not supposed to post like idk... are there oh also where am i supposed to post it.

If you scroll through Sbenny's Forum
You will find different sections like Game Releases, Ebook releases...
When you are posting, the template will ask you whether you want to release it for free or not.
As general rule, +18 stuff has its own section. If you are unsure wether to post it, feel free to ask a member from the Community Team or Staff.
