sorry but we cant play our old accounts back, I've sent an email to Elnea Kingdom Support Team and they said I cant play my old account back once they detected that there was something wrong with our account like we are using modded, so they wont recover back our account once they blocked it.

I got banned..I even followed what you ask in the mod feature..i create an account from the original version and buy some gems and then I install this mod and login with my account. Because I was already banned twice so I decided not to off the game just keep online without closing the game but...
