I'm not sure why, but it will not move past this screen. It was fresh installed and the cache was placed in the obb folder, but even without the cache it would not move past this screen, so possibly a glitch in the game file?

I had to go into lucky patcher and repatch the application with the proxy server. I can walk anyone through how to do so if needed.

The game works fine for me. When installing, remember that you need to extract the game cache into the obb folder, or the game will automatically try to pull its files from Google play upon the first boot.
