Help Section

My suggestion is to make a help section specifically for this website.
For example, I can't buy anything from the SB shop (I don't have this problem). The person who have this problem can post a thread in that section.
I know that we can ask help in the chat section but I think that is inefficient. If I ask help in the chat and solved it, Great! But in the future there might be users who have that problem. If I post a thread in the help section and was solved, we can just direct them to that thread.

thank you, HOWEVER this is what we have staff and moderators for . If user doesn't have enough Sb bucks then they need to be more active in the community. You get 25 Sb bucks just for logging on every day ! This is a community meant for users to interact and we do provide an enormous amount of tools to use already. (Search bar for example)
