It's telling me I cannot have more than 2 devices; this happened after my emulator crashed I think.

This is not a bug. Licences work only on 2 devices. Even emulator is considered a device because it just creates a virtual instance. Since you used the license on your emulator and other device already, So now you can use it only on them.


You can either wait for an update or consider upgrading your account to Pro/Pro+ for increasing the device limit.
