  Streets of Rogue is a 2D random stage rogue lite game with lots of characters, you pick a character and go on "runs" to assassinate the mayor and steal his hat while completing objectives and missions.
  
  This is version 98 of the game.
  
  I took the clean steam files of the game and applied Goldberg Emulator myself.
  It includes Character Pack DLC unlocked and available from the start.

  inside Streets of Rogue\StreetsOfRogue_Data\Plugins\x86_64
  there is steam_api64.dll.bak
  This is the original steam_api64.dll that came with the clean files, in case you want to use it for anything.
