How can we use an app that has android version requirement more than what we have on our phone ?

I want to download Zoom app. My coaching classes are starting from tommorow online. It requires ver 5.0+ but I have only 4.4.4. If anybody knows how, please inform me. Thanks.

I would go to apkmirror or apkpure and look at the old versions of the app that works for your Android version. Sometimes the app will let you use an older version, but sometimes it'll ask you to update to the most recent version. I haven't used Zoom, so I'm not sure where it falls. But, it doesn't hurt to try. Good luck!

I have already checked older versions. They were also requiring android version 5.0+. I think custom rom is the only thing I can do to solve the problem.

One of the older ones from 2019, I believe, were only requiring Android 4+. Did you try those?

Usually a banner opens in the app informing about updates but it allows using older versions.
