I got a Wacom Intuos 3 PTZ930 for cheap at auction, but was sold w/o the pen.

What options do I have for compatible pens? I tried my Note 8 pen but sadly it doesn't seem compatible. I know nothing about Wacom devices besides what they are used for? Is this tablet compatible in Linux / inkscape? It would be a really nice setup to get started in graphics design if I can make it work.

You might need an actual Wacom pen as a replacement. I'm not sure if non-Wacom pens will work. I used to use a Wacom tablet + pen + mouse for work. I didn't use the mouse, though. I did all of my design and mouse work with the pen.
