OnePlus has released the Open Beta OxygenOS 13 update based on Android 13 for OnePlus 9RT, launched last October with ColorOS 12 based on Android 11. It is currently being seeded in India and brings Aquamorphic Design to 9RT as well as some optimizations, improvements and new features.
If you are interested in trying it, make sure your 9RT is running the latest version of OxygenOS 12 (C.07) before installing the update. It should also have at least 30% battery and 5.5GB of free storage.

However, it’s worth noting that beta builds are usually not as stable as official builds and often contain bugs that hamper the user experience, so they’re best avoided on primary devices. In the case of OxygenOS 13 Open Beta for 9RT, the Eye Comfort mode cannot be activated in specific scenarios and, after changing the dynamic wallpaper of the system, the time on the lock screen is not displayed correctly.
