Boxing Star is the latest mobile boxing game from the creators of the DC Unchained game. FTT/FourThirtyThree Inc. recently released this game on mobile app stores and challenges you to KO other players around the world and climb the leaderboard. Boxing Star game offers lots of game modes such as championship match, story mode, photo match and more. In this post, we’ve covered everything you need to know about the game: Star guide of boxing for starters; equipment, skills, combat, controls and much more. We have divided this post into two parts; how to play and beginner’s guide. The How To Play part is all about combat, control and more. And the beginner’s guide covers skills, upgrading, gears, S-coins, training, and much more. Make sure you read both.

Boxing Star Guide To The Basics – How To Play⇓

Boxing Star game features simple and hands-on controls (friendly for beginners). If you time your punches, hook, top slash, and dodges perfectly, you can even defeat players with more HP than yours. The first step you need to do is select a game mode; in the main screen, touch story mode or championship mode to start the game. In the story mode, you compete against a specific character and upon victory, you can claim free rewards such as gears (gloves, protection), coins, parts and much more.

In the championship mode, you fight against other players. And getting victories in championship mode rewards you with a package. Open the pack to get rewards. Defeat players in championship mode to improve the leaderboard.

There is also another mode available; photographic correspondence. In the upper right corner, tap the N/menu button -> social – photo match -> upload photo -> play the match for fun. For the first time, share the result on FB to get free gold as a reward.

Boxing Star Guide To Controls⇓

• Tap to jab/punch
• Flick horizontally right/left for a hook
• Swipe up for the upright
• In the lower left corner and right corner, tap the arrow icon to dodge the enemy’s attack
• Long press the defense icon to block the enemy’s attack
• At the top you can check your character’s HP and your enemy’s
• Some gears have a special ability. If you have equipped, you will see a skill icon on the top left. Tap it to cast. It will activate when the hyper bar (gauge) reaches its maximum point.

Boxing Star Skills Guide⇓

In Boxing Star game, equip active ability buff/bonus perk in combat. For example: – Thron Fist is an ability and upon activation, the character will punch the face of the enemy.

How to equip skills?

In the upper right corner, tap the menu button and go to the skill menu. On the next screen, tap the skill set button. There you can see the list of skills; Jab, Hook, Uppercut, Stance and Special. Tap a skill icon and press the Equip button.

How to activate skills in combat.

Touch the skill icon and you can check the activation possibilities. For example; if you have the Jab skill equipped, hit the enemy with Jab moves and the skill will be activated (based on the percentage chance).

How to improve skills?

In the Boxing Star game, you can increase the chances of activating the skill, its performance by upgrading the skill. It costs you skill points. Go to skill menu -> tap training button and start it. After a certain amount of time, you will get skill points.

You can spend these skill points to improve. Tap the skill icon -> then tap the + icon next to an attribute -> confirm by tapping the spend button.

You can equip a certain number of skills at a time. Unlock new slots to equip more.

Boxing Star Gears Guide⇓

The stats and ability of the equipment (gloves) matter a lot. At the beginning of the game, you have low-quality (common) equipment and with this set of equipment you will not be able to take down enemies in championship matches or as you progress through the story mode, the battles will be difficult. So it’s important to upgrade your equipment to increase your character’s performance in the match. We have shared a bunch of gear tips here to get Rare and Epic gear in Boxing Star. Go to menu -> gear -> manage. Tap on a piece of equipment you want to equip and press the Equip button and choose a slot. You’ll want to focus on high-ranking gears once you’ve acquired them. The reason is that we have to upgrade low-rank gears a lot to move forward. But not in the case of high-ranking gears.

How to get the gears; protectors or gloves?

1. Play story mode – best way to get good quality gear
2. Win matches in league mode and open packs
3. As a reward – Daily reward

How to upgrade gears?

Go to the gear menu screen -> tap an equipped item you want to upgrade -> press the upgrade button -> on the next screen, you need to select the gloves/protective gear material. Make sure you only select low-quality items as material because, after upgrading, the selected items will be removed.

So, this way you can improve gear level in Boxing Star game. You can also equip sponsor items and activate a passive ability. Go to menu -> gears -> sponsors -> equip. If it’s locked, you need to unlock it -> play and complete missions.

How to improve gears?

In the previous paragraph, we told you how to upgrade gears. But what to do when the gear reaches its maximum level? It’s quite simple. Increase its rank. Upgrading equipment improves its stats by a huge boost. How to level up? First, reach the maximum level. Once you reach it, use the gear parts to raise the gear rank. Boxing Star in-game item guide

Boxing Star game features three types of game currencies: – Coins, S-Coin, Gold.

1. Coins used to upgrade gears, skills and to play championship mode
2. Gold can be used to open premium chests in the shop and many other activities

Boxing Star S-Coins⇓

S-coins can be obtained by completing objectives, promotional matches. You can spend these coins to buy cars, seats, and hire entourages. Go to menu -> staff management -> tap swank button. Purchasing these luxury items will provide you with buffs, bonuses, and wheels. There are three sections in this menu -> crib, wheels and entourage.

Buying cribs will reward free coins every day. Buying entourage will reward a bonus every day. And the purchase of vehicles rewards the wheels. You can use wheels to reduce the delivery time of the package. Tap on the alloy pack -> there you will see the option to reduce the delivery time of the pack by using wheels.

Match protection⇓

The match protection feature prevents other players from attacking your character when you are offline. Triggers when you get defeats in defense matches (when you log out). On the other hand, if you get victories, you will get the reward of defense. Go to main screen -> additional match -> defense record -> there you can check the record. Note that this protection would not work in group matches.

How to stun opponents and how to be shocked?

Just below the edge of the HP bar, you’ll see an icon; below your HP bar, it’s shock and below the enemy’s HP bar, it’s stun. When you see this icon just below the enemy’s HP bar, hit them as hard as you can. This will activate the stun effect; the enemy would not be able to attack you. Grab this opportunity and deal massive damage. If you see this icon under your HP bar, dodge as many attacks as you can.

Group match in Boxing Star Game!

You can play group matches three times a day and earn tons of stars to level up in the league. The party match feature is unlocked once you reach league 3 by earning stars (800+).

How to dodge Mega Punch special attacks?

If the enemy is playing with a mega glove, you may get a powerful blow in battle that will greatly reduce the character’s HP. To dodge the special attack, you have to dodge or dodge in a certain direction; left or right. Before starting the fight, tap the enemy icon in the lower right corner -> then long press the mega gear -> it will show you the exact escape direction.

How to get sponsorship?

You can get the sponsorship article by completing the requirements. These items grant the character special passive abilities in battles. Go to the gear section -> sponsors -> select a brand -> collection list -> collect all the gears present there to unlock that sponsor item. Get gears from Premium Packs, League Packs, Clan Donation Reward, Ranking Reward.

How to change font or body type?

The Boxing Star game features six characters; Jin, Jacob, Diego, Koji, Tomas, Tito. Three out of six are unlocked by default. All of these characters have different stats; power, speed and endurance. Go to the menu -> management -> appearance -> in the face and body section, tap the character -> go to the body type tab -> there you can change the character.

How to Hire Staff in Boxing Star Game?

Once you pass League 3 in Boxing Star, a new “Staff” feature will be unlocked. Here you can hire staff members who provide passive buffs to the character. They are extremely important. All staff members provide different buffs. For instance; Hiring Aken increases the chances of getting the hyperboost in offline matches, during the break. Go to management menu -> staff -> hire staff member. In the upper left corner, you can track commission points. Receive these points when you hire a staff member. When the gauge fills up to the maximum point, a full contract will be made. You can hire staff using gold, coins and watching video ads.
