- Click on the main menu located at the top left of the screen

- Click on Support and refunds
- Hit the Return or cancel your purchase option
- Search for the skin to be returned from the list of skins and select it
- Click on Use the return ticket
- Touch Yes, I want to use a return ticket
After following these steps, players will be able to successfully return the intended skin, but they should keep in mind that the number of free return tickets they get is limited to just 3 and they are renewed after one year of use.
