Today, Apple is definitely not fighting inflation by raising the prices of three of its services, thus creating its own inflation. We’re talking about Apple Music, Apple TV +, and the Apple One bundle, all of which have gotten more expensive.
Apple TV + will increase by $ 2 per month (if you pay monthly) or $ 10 per year (if you pay annually). The new prices are $ 6.99 per month or $ 69 per year.
Apple Music’s price increase is $ 1 for individuals and $ 2 for families, so the new pricing is $ 10.99 per month for the individual plan and $ 16.99 per month for the family plan.

Finally, the Apple One package, which includes Apple Music, Apple TV +, Apple Arcade, iCloud +, Apple News +, and Apple Fitness +, increases by $ 2 for the individual plan (now $ 16.95 per month versus $ 14.95), $ 3 for the family plan (now $ 22.95 per month versus $ 19.95) and also $ 3 for the Premier plan (now $ 32.95 versus $ 29.95).
An Apple spokesperson provided TechCrunch with the following statement regarding price increases:
Subscription prices for Apple Music, Apple TV + and Apple One will increase starting today. The move to Apple Music is due to increased licensing costs and, in turn, artists and songwriters will earn more for streaming their music. We also continue to add innovative features that make Apple Music the best listening experience in the world. We introduced Apple TV + at a very low price because we started with just a few shows and movies. Three years later, Apple TV + hosts a broad selection of award-winning and acclaimed series, feature films, documentaries and entertainment for children and families by the world’s most creative storytellers.
These prices are obviously all for the US market, but there is no reason to believe that even international markets will not see proportionately similar price increases. Current subscribers should receive notifications of planned price increases 30 days prior to renewal of the service at the highest cost.
