The Honor 90 series was launched in China in the last days of May, and the company has promised an international launch “soon”. The time has come and the vanilla Honor 90 is making its debut in Europe. The phone has an upper mid-range chipset, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, but carries a high-end camera with 200MP sensor.

The phone also has a large 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1200p resolution and 66W of charging for the 5,000mAh battery, the largest cell ever for the Honor number series.

The Honor 90 will be available in Europe with two memory options: 8/256GB or 12/512GB.

The Honor 90 will come in green, black and silver, the latter with a clean diamond pattern on the back. Prices in the UK are £450 or £500, depending on memory level. There was no mention of the Honor 90 Pro, suggesting the phone may not leave China at all.

Between July 6 and July 18, the HiHonor shop is offering a 5% discount coupon with the code AUKH905, and anyone who gets the smartphone by the end of this month can also buy an Honor Pad X8 tablet for just £10, which costs £140 on its own.

Pre-orders begin tomorrow at Amazon, Very and Currys, and these retailers will offer the Honor 90 with a Pad X8 for free if purchased before July 18. The official sale will start on July 19th.
