Huawei has revealed two new tablets in his Matepad series today. Both are equipped with a 144Hz high resolution display, thin design and light and harmonyos 5.
The Matepad Air 12
Matepad Air 12 is built around a 12 -inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 2800 × 1840px and an update frequency at 144Hz. The panel is supplied with an optional nano-enthusiast paper technology which reduces reflexes and removes 99% of light interference. The panel boasts a peak brightness of 1,000 Nits and has a 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 colors space.
Huawei is offering support for its M-Pencil Pro stylus and has also added six surfers in air 12. Remaining faithful to its name, the device is only 5.9 mm and weighs 555 grams.
Huawei is keeping mom on the chipset. We receive confirmation that Matepad Air 12 has 12 GB of RAM and 256/512 GB storage. There is a 50 MP main cam behind the rear and an 8 MP front shooter.
Huawei has equipped air 12 with a considerable 10,100 mAh battery with 66 W recharge. The tablet supports Wi-Fi 7 but is not offered with cell connectivity.
Matepad Air 12 is available in pink cherry flower, green grass, feather sand, fume gray colors. The basal version 12/256 GB is CNY 2.999 ($ 417)while the 12/512 GB model has a price CNY 3.399 ($ 473). Open sales in China should begin on August 21st.
Matepad 11.5 s
Matepad 11.5 S is the cheapest entry and has an 11.5 -inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 2,800 × 1.840 px and the same refresher frequency at 144Hz. The panel supports M-Pencil Pro and is equipped with quad speakers.
There is no information on the chipset. The tablet is available with 8/12 GB RAM and 256/512 GB memory. There is a 13 MP rear camera and a 8 MP front shooter. The battery reaches 8,800 mAh and supports 40 W.
Matepad 11.5 S is available in the green field, feather sand, frost silver and deep spatial gray colors. The 8/128 GB storage coating has a price CNY 2,499 ($ 348) while the 12/512 GB version is CNY 3.199 ($ 445). Open sales in China should begin on August 21st.
