The upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 has apparently been certified for sale in the Chinese market, according to a new report on the matter. The Ace 2 will be the successor to the original Ace which launched in April last year. Since it’s already getting certified, the Ace 2 could arrive earlier this year than its predecessor.

The new report also claims that the Ace 2 will be sold in India and possibly other countries, rebranded as the OnePlus 11R. The certification process revealed that it features a 5,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging, just like the OnePlus 11.

OnePlus Ace 2 Gets Certification in China, May Launch Globally as OnePlus 11R

The Chinese OnePlus Ace 2 has the model number PHK110 and comes with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, likely paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The phone will have a 50MP primary camera, flanked by two more shooters on the back. The selfie snapper will be 16MP or 32MP.

The Ace 2 is said to have a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display and will run ColorOS 13 based on Android 13 in China. If it launches internationally as the OnePlus 11R, that model will get OxygenOS 13 instead of ColorOS. It is currently unclear whether or not this device will have the alert slider.
