Oppo is an official global partner of UEFA and, as the only smartphone manufacturer in this position, put on a show at the Champion’s League final.
The company has invited selected fans and brand ambassador Kaká to the exclusive Oppo Hospitality Tent next to the Atatürk Olympic Stadium for the 2023 league final between Manchester City and Inter Milan. Inside, there were plenty of photo opportunities but not a DSLR in sight – items like the Oppo Find X6 Pro and Oppo Find N2 Flip were used instead.

We were among those invited to attend the final and experience the mix of sports memorabilia and cutting-edge mobile technology that has been set up within the hospitality tent. Things went from casual – posing for photos under the scoreboard inspired by the display on the vivo X Flip cover – to competitive when Kaká arrived to take part in the kick-up challenge.

Then he went to the stadium to watch the big match, and everyone from the tent was equipped with an Oppo phone to try their hand at sports photographers. Here the phones put their lenses to good use: from the telephoto lens to zoom in on the action to the ultra wide angle camera to try and capture the huge crowd that had gathered at the stadium.

The final Manchester City-Inter
At the beginning of the day the participants were also let loose around the historical city to take a selfie inside the Grand Bazaar but also on its roof, a place you might recognize from Sky fallthe opening scenes. You could also feel the excitement building before the game as fans from all over the world gathered in the city and fan chants came from all directions.

The partnership between Oppo and UEFA also extends to the 2023/24 Champions League, the final of which will be played at Wembley Stadium in London.
