OnePlus 11R is getting closer and closer. Today a new report claims that production of the model has started in India. The phone is said to debut in the country in April or May.
The existence of OnePlus 11R 5G has also been confirmed by the nickname spotted on the OnePlus website. According to a previous leak, the OnePlus 11R could be the global version of the phone that will be sold as the OnePlus Ace 2 in China.
The OnePlus 11R will be a more affordable high-end device to complement the flagship OnePlus 11 in the company’s portfolio. The OnePlus 11 will launch globally in India on February 7.
Based on previous leaks and rumors, the OnePlus 11R is expected to feature an underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC at the helm, a 6.7-inch 1240×2772 120Hz AMOLED screen, 8/12/16GB of RAM, 128/256/512GB of storage, a 50MP primary rear camera, a 16MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging.
The OnePlus 11R will apparently also feature the alert slider and an IR blaster, an in-display fingerprint sensor, as well as OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13.
