Realme today introduced a new 14x smartphone powered by the Mediatek 6300 chipset. The phone is the international version of the Realme V60 Pro destined for China. This means that Realme 14x has a cool red paint job as the hero color.
The Realme 14x is built around a 6.67-inch LCD with HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. There is a punch-hole cutout for the 8MP selfie camera.
On the back there are two cameras, of which the main one is equipped with a 50 MP OmniVision sensor. Next to it is an auxiliary sensor that won’t contribute much to your photos.
There’s a Dimensity 6300 chipset, and unlike the Chinese variant, the 14x here has 6GB or 8GB of RAM, both paired with 128GB of storage.
Realme 14x is IP68 and IP69 certified and has also passed MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability tests. The SonicWave Water Ejection feature lets you push water out of the speaker chamber after taking your phone underwater.
The Realme 14x features a sub profile at 8mm thick, yet still packs a 6,000mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC wired charging support. The company claims the cell can hold 80% of its charge over 4 years, or approximately 1,600 complete charging cycles. It also supports 5W reverse wired charging.
The Realme 14x accepts two nano SIMs and the tray also has space for a microSD card. Software-wise, it comes with Android 14 and Realme UI 5.0 and the brand has promised two generations of Android version updates and 36 months of Realme UI updates.

The phone is available in three color options: Jewel Red, Crystal Black, and Golden Glow. It is priced at INR 14,999 ($175/€170) or INR 15,999 ($190/€180) and is already available for purchase on Flipkart, Realme.com and select offline stores.
