The last Samsung device to receive the long -awaited (and highly anticipated) update to an UI 7 based on Android 15 is the Galaxy M33. This model has now started to obtain the new software in Europe, the Middle East and parts of Latin America and Asia.
Basically, it looks like a very well scattered launch from the beginning, which means that it should not want us much to reach all the M33 units out there. The update comes over-the-Air as a download of 3.5 GB and after installing it the Galaxy M33 will be on the M336BXXUCFYE5 software version.
The update includes the security patches of 2025, which obviously are not updated. If you have not yet received the refresher notification, you can always check the update manually by going to Settings> Software update> Download and install.
An UI 7 is the largest Samsung update over the years, coming with a redesign and a lot of new features, but for this reason the launch took a long time to start. We hope that things will go faster with the imminent UI 8.
