Even though it’s technically Cyber Monday, Samsung US continues to offer Black Friday deals. The usual suspects are here – Galaxy S22 and Z 4 series – but there are some interesting additions to the offerings.
We’ll start with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4. It can go up to $310 with the $150 instant discount and up to $600 of enhanced trade-in credit. You will receive a minimum of $150 credit towards a Galaxy device regardless of its condition. If you don’t have anything to trade in, not even a battered old Galaxy device, you’ll get an extra $50 off.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 can go as low as $450 with a $350 instant discount and up to $1,000 in enhanced trade-in. As above, you’re guaranteed to get a $300 trade-in credit for any Galaxy device regardless of its condition, but this time around, Apple phones are also included (the oldest iPhones you can send in are the iPhone 6s and SE). If you have nothing to trade, get $100 off.
Here is an interesting offer. You can get the old Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 with a direct discount of $600, or you can choose a lower discount, $250, and receive a free projector: The Freestyle from Samsung, which is normally worth $800. The price of the Z Fold3 + projector can be reduced to $1,140 with up to $410 of a trade-in credit (or up to $315 if you’re sending in a device with a cracked screen).
Is it time to upgrade your laptop? The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 is down to $750 with a $500 discount and up to $300 trade-in credit. This is for a model with a 15.6-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen, Intel Core i7 (12th generation) and 8/512GB of storage. There are also deals on the basic Book2 360 and Book2 Pro.
A Galaxy Tab S8 tablet is a more portable alternative. The basic S8 List can be purchased for as little as $100 with an instant $300 discount and improved trade-in credit of up to $450 (up to $120 for devices with a cracked screen). Enhanced trade-in limit goes up to $500 for Galaxy Tab S8+ and Tab S8 Ultra.
Finally, the usual suspects. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is apparently Samsung’s best-selling product — a ticket for that train starts at $375. That’s with $225 in instant discount and up to $600 in enhanced trade-in credit (up to $315 if the screen is broken).
The Samsung Galaxy S22+ and S22 are also in the $300 to $400 range with an instant $150 discount and up to $500 in enhanced trade-in credit (up to $310 for broken screens) for the Plus model, Vanilla model receives $75 off and up to $400 Enhanced Trade-in (up to $235 for broken screens).
If the Series S22 is still too expensive, the Galaxy S21 FE can go down to $250 with $100 off and up to $350 in improved trade-in credit ($255 if the old hone has a cracked screen).
We conclude with some accessories. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro are $30 off, and you can send in any old Galaxy Buds to get another $75 off, including the buds so broken there’s nothing left to do but recycle them.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro are also heavily discounted — the Watch5 40mm can go as low as $65 if you stack up to the $50 discount and max out the $165 improved trade-in credit. Samsung is also rolling out a second band for free . Instead of the vanilla versions you can also pick up the Golf editions of these watches, which come with a free lifetime subscription to the Smart Caddy app (worth $100).
PS. If you’ve never seen it before, the improved trade-in offers mean you can send in not just an old phone but also an old tablet or smartwatch (or an old laptop for the Galaxy Book2 360). And you can send two devices total for more credit.
