The Honor X40 GT arriving tomorrow was supposed to have a 120Hz screen, but Honor has announced that the smartphone will actually have a 144Hz display, with a 6.81 “diagonal.
Honor is touting the X40 GT’s display as a gaming screen with a touch sample rate of 480Hz, but the company doesn’t tell us its resolution. The vanilla X40, unveiled last month, features a 6.67-inch 120Hz FullHD + AMOLED display.

Honor has not yet detailed the X40 GT spec sheet. However, the Chinese brand has previously confirmed that the smartphone will come with the Snapdragon 888 SoC, triple rear cameras and a vapor chamber cooling system.
The Honor X40 GT will be unveiled in China tomorrow at 7:30 pm local time, so there isn’t much to wait to know all about it.
