After all the leaks, rumors and speculation, today the inevitable happened: a new leak brings us the full spec sheets for all three members of the upcoming Galaxy S26 family. As mentioned in Samsung’s teasers, the main focus this year will be artificial intelligence, as the hardware hasn’t changed much compared to the Galaxy S25 family.
The Galaxy S26 and S26+ will presumably be powered by the Exynos 2600 SoC in Europe, while the S26 Ultra will have the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, with slightly overclocked Prime CPU cores. The S26 and S26+ will have 12GB of RAM, while the Ultra will go up to 16GB, but only if you opt for the version with 1TB of storage. By the way, the S26 will also start with 256GB of space. The screens are identical in size and resolution to those of the S25 series and all come with Gorilla Armor 2 on top.

The only upgrade in battery capacity comes on the S26, with an extra 300mAh over its predecessor. The other two are unchanged, but the Ultra charges at up to 60W via cable. None of the three have built-in magnets for Qi2 wireless charging.
All three models have the same 12MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF. The S26 and S26+ have the same rear camera setup, with a 50 MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture using a 1/1.56-type sensor, a 10 MP 3x optical zoom camera with f/2.4 aperture using a 1/3.94-type sensor, and a 12 MP ultrawide with f/2.2 aperture and no autofocus.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra has a 200MP main camera with f/1.4 aperture, the same 10MP 3x optical zoom camera as the other two, a 50MP 5x optical zoom periscope telephoto lens with f/2.8 aperture using a 1/2.52″ type sensor, and a 50MP ultrawide with f/1.9 aperture using a 1/2.5″ type sensor with autofocus. All specifications are also listed in the table below. Prices in the EU will presumably start at 999 euros for the S26, 1,269 euros for the S26+ and 1,469 euros for the S26 Ultra.
