The UK-based Nothing is preparing to launch its second smartphone, and like the first, it too will be manufactured in India (the Nothing Phone (1) was built in a facility in Tamil Nadu). Production of the phone (2) will be handled by BYD Electronic, a Shenzhen-based company.
Nothing has worked to reduce the environmental impact of Nothing Phone (2). It will use recycled materials for the phone and the manufacturing process, and the total CO2 emission from manufacturing each unit has been reduced to 53.45kg, which is over 5kg less than the phone (1).

Nothing has yet confirmed that its new model will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and a 4,700mAh battery. It will also be bigger with a 6.7″ screen (compared to 6.55″ and 4,500mAh). The company promises 3 years of OS updates.
And perhaps the most exciting news for some is that the Nothing Phone (2) is coming to the United States. The new model will be officially presented next month.
