Top 10 Trending Phones of Week 20

The reign of the Sony Xperia 1 IV was short-lived and the Samsung Galaxy A53 claimed the throne once again in week 20. The Galaxy S22 Ultra also earned a spot to claim second place when the Redmi Note 11 returned to the final podium.

Sony’s new flagship is now its fourth, as the initial excitement has subsided somewhat, but is still getting a lot of attention. Behind it are the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and Samsung’s third-ranked smartphone: the Galaxy A73.

Oppo’s Reno8 Pro + is around the corner and is already making enough talk to be the seventh most popular phone in our database over the past week. In eight there is the just announced Infinix Note 12 VIP, which has just overtaken the Galaxy A13.

The Google Pixel 6a completes this week’s top 10. The Sony Xperia 10 IV and Poco F4 GT are the two members of last week’s installment that failed to make the cut now.
