Announced two weeks ago, Oppo’s Find X9 duo is already on sale in China and will be available globally from early November. Will you buy one?

The Oppo Find X9 Pro will retail for €1,300 for a 16/512GB drive. In our review, we praised the phone’s improved camera performance and noted that it topped our battery life rankings. You can also watch our video review for more details on the phone.

It’s perhaps more evenly matched to the vivo X300 Pro, which just launched in Europe earlier this week. There’s also the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, but it doesn’t have the camera performance and battery life of the Oppo – and we don’t even know if it will be available globally.

The Oppo Find X9 will start at 1,000 euros for a 12/256 GB drive. It’s a bit smaller than the Pro (6.59″ versus 6.78″), although the difference between the two isn’t as big as that between the vivo X300 and X300 Pro and the Xiaomi 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max.

With the smaller screen, the vanilla model could beat the Pro and become the new leader in our battery rankings.

It’s something to test once you get into the review. The cameras too: there are some improvements compared to the

Let’s start with the impressive but expensive Oppo Find X9 Pro – we keep hearing how people want longer battery life and it’s hard to get better. And the phone doesn’t sacrifice performance, display quality and certainly not image quality. But all this has a cost: is it worth it?
What about the Oppo Find X9? It’s cheaper, although we hesitate to use the word “cheap” for something that costs 1,000 euros. Is the mid-sized build something that appeals to you, or do you prefer the vanilla X9 at a lower price point? Or are you skipping the X9 in favor of another phone?
