Just a thought, Bleach is coming back after all this time to finish it accordingly with the manga, my guess is that (maybe, just maybe), they paused the series just to see how far more powerful GOKU will become in SB super, then push Ichigo beyond that.
Maybe we won't have to hear 'can he beat Goku tho?' again?
