Add possibilty to use Hyperlinks in Signature~

Hi, I noticed I was not able to add hyperlinks to my signatures as I wanted to add a link that redirect people to the current Giveway Conquest to my sign~
For exemple: Sbenny Giveway Contest here!
Hyperlinks work everywhere else but in signatures, that would be nice to add this feature, or at least allowing internal forum redirecting links in sign
