I agree with Raxx's comment. If CS4 is not a strict requirement for you, I'd suggest CS6, also because I do have that link right now.

PS: Both CS4 and CS6 works fine with windows 8.1 / 10 .

I disagree with you two. Its because the video card of my laptop doesn't support the 3D of Photoshop CS5 to CC :lol:
