It is about an alien that was mistaken for a toy that is considered as a Christmas gift and the "gift" has selfish plans.
Review:
The film started with Santa Claus telling a story about young elves. It was kind of ironic since back when we were young, the stories we have heard were about Santa lol. But anyway, it was a nice twist. After Santa told a story that was supposed to be his last story for the children, the children insisted that Santa should tell another story. At first, he said no, but as the children insisted, he told a story which is the film all about.
The story is all about an alien whose origins are from a race called "Klepts". The specific race was once a colorful planet. But because of their greed, the colorful planet became dry and even the aliens themselves lost their color.
I like how they named the race Klepts, as in Kleptomaniacs lol.
Then he ended up becoming a toy. By the girl who was a supporting character which made him realize some things.
X, (the name of the alien), decided to stop the aliens' madness once and for all.
The movie had a really good ending. And the short movie has some message in it. Kindness can make someone inspired and make them feel happy. So happy that they also want to thank the person who showed them kindness back by doing kind things to others. The movie, even if it was only 42 minutes long, was filling enough that makes the audience feel warm and happy. This is perfect for this Christmas.
