The title says most of it, my sbupload storage is gonna run out sooner or later, so I wanted to ask is releasing apks by MEGA, media fire and Google drive is allowed, and if there are some other ones permitted as well

Dont worry about that. When you run out of storage simply ask sbenny about it. He will probably give you some guidance then. Until then keep using Sbupload.
