Name of the app you are reviewing: Among Us
Among Us is the game nearly everyone knows today. Ten people join a ship and tell the impostor between them.
Review:
I am pretty sure nearly everyone knows about the game by now. The rules are simple, you make a game of six to ten people, the characters look dope if you ask me, and enter a spaceship or two other maps with one to three impostors between the crew. There are two groups, the first one, crewmates simply move about the spaceship doing their tasks and keep an eye for the suspicious activities leading to impostors. The other group is the one of impostor that kills their crewmates and not being found out by the crewmates in the very process. They have the ability to jump in between places through the vents for quick entry and exits, they can close the doors for locking the peron inside for a kill and sabotage by nearly four ways, two time bound tasks to complete and two about electricity and cameras. Even though the game seems to lean in the favour of impostors, it is fairly well balanced where crewmates can win by just completing all their tasks before getting killed and they have other ways too, the security cameras, visual tasks to name a few. Once a person finds a dead body, they can report it and enter a discussion time where they can vote off a suspicious person, another way to win for crewmates is if they vote off all the impostors. The discussion occurs through chat, though a discor can also be used for voice chat. Basically its all about using your big brain to win the game, whether you be impostor or crewmates. Really the possibilities are endless. The controls are simple, a joystick to run, a map rundown, report and sabotage button. The game settings are fairly flexible for personal needs like discussion time, number of impostors, speed even fhe number of tasks per person. It has a fair share of its glitches too though, the server disconnects easily and there are sometimes the same colour characters in a game. And you can play with your friends in a private server. That’s it!
Would you recommend this to other users? If you have read the whole review, I am pretty sure you would know if this is for you. Though if you are into these indirect detective games to play with strangers or friends (or both), go ahead for all its worth
