You are almost correct, it's an apple iPod, and it works the same way as you said

You can watch videos on it, too. But you have to get a pair of eagle's eyes to watch anything on it. It has a video recording camera on it's back as well.


Summary:- this stuff was ahead of it's time.

Also, the pitch black circle on it's body below the screen is used to scroll up and down (clockwise rotation of finger on it= scroll down and vice versa)
