[APK] or [GAME CACHE] first?

so i want to download the modded version of Mortal Kombat X and i don't understand what to do
do i need to download both files? and which one do i need to download first

Both, no matter which one you install first, if both are provided and both are included in the installation instructions, you'd need to simply follow them to have your game working.

Alternatively you can install only the APK/MOD APK and the game will run just fine, assuming you played it previously on google play.
