Are we allowed to use other file hosting site aside from sbupload?

As the title suggest, i am just wondering are we allowed to use other file hosting site aside from sbupload?
It just seems like sbupload uploading speed seems to be really slow for me when it usually in 1-3 mbps, now it just 100-200 kbps before going on error failed to upload or i must wait like 30-60 minutes for just a couple of small file to sucessfully uploaded not counting the times when it goes on error. Of course at first i though it was just my internet connection speed but when i tried other file hosting website like megaup or uptobox, my speed is quite fast ranging between 1-3 mbps.
Because of this, i was thinking of using Google Drive or Mega or Zippyshare as a replacement.
So is it okay?
Also while at it i also wanted to ask if there is other that is going through the same problem? or is it just me?

Other hosting sites are only allowed as mirror links unless you are uploading a movie, music, or a tv show. Everything else MUST be uploaded to SBUpload to ensure that we are offering a secure source to all of our members. Personally though, I've been having all kinds of issues with my internet since the lockdown started because so many people are active on the internet right now locally versus being more spread out across different providers at their jobs.

Based on the forum rules, uploading all files to sbupload is a requirement. We are allowed to use other file hosting site in addition.

You can try to upload your file to google drive then put the link on sbupload via remote url upload option.
