You either need access to a RomM server or host one yourself for Argosy to work.
I have a friend who hosts a private RomM server.
It can be accessed with a web browser (and account)

Or, using Argosy

RomM and Argosy differ from RetroArch in that you don't host the files, someone else does.
I also have RetroArch installed, however, even with 2TB of device storage I can't store the near 4TB of game's (and growing) that a PC can store.
