Rooted is far simpler, though not required.
Since Android 13, Google has made adding OBB data ever more difficult, but not impossible.
As each OS (16 in your case) and each device has a different process, you will have to Google how to copy an OBB to the Data folder.

The mod works perfectly, if You can't use on android 13 install virtual Master and You could, just one problem, the SFX sound gone after a times and it never returns, the other sounds works, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but i just lost My data, any solución?
