Blade Idle - Mobile game (Android/iOS) made by mobirix, combines the elements of the Idle RPG and Multiplayer Competition. Players must advance through main stages, dungeons and climb through PVP ranks to achieve better rewards and be at the top of rank ladder.
Review:
If you like idle games, you will probably love Blade Idle. Your characters automatically targets and attack enemies, though you can set up unique skills and use them manually (auto option also available). Actually there's many options to improve your character stats, like equipment: Weapon (Attack), Helmet (Defense), Chestplate (Health) and Gloves (Penetration+Accuracy) - Pets (Different stats depending of the type of pet (Animal [ATK], Beasts [ACC], Undead [DEF]) - Accessories - Figurines - Titles - Ego - Relics - Growth with level and gold. There are two main currencies ingame: Gold and Diamond. Gold is dropped by destroying enemies and from chests, and is used to raise stats of the hero. Diamond is a special currency and to be honest is more important than gold, becouse you will use it for everything, like for example: Summoning Equipment, Accessories, Relics. Though you can buy it for real money, the game is pretty much generous with them. You can farm them from daily and repeatable quests, drop in huge amounts from chests, clearing dungeons, selling figurines and much, much more. Currently there are 6 types of dungeon: 1. Enchant Stone Dungeon - that allows you to farm Enchanting Stones for your gear and Option Enchancing Stones that you can use to roll special stats for your items. 2. Pet Dungeon - is the place where you can get new pets and farm fragments to upgrade them. 3. Treasure Dungeon - a stage where you beat all the chickens to get many different kind of items (Enchanting stones, diamond, tickets). 4. Emblem Dungeon - on this dungeon you will get emblems that will allow you to upgrade special emblem tab (by doing that you gain special stats). 5 Insignia Dungeon - another dungeo that will let you improve your character by dropping insignias stones (raising insignia level will improve drop rates on different dungeons or stages). 6. Breakthrough Dungeon - is a last dungeon that you allows you to claim daily rewards containing diamond, gold, accesories boxes etc. The gimic of this is to achieve the highest stage there and claim your daily reward to the point of gaining enough power to advance it even more for better rewards. Until then you can claim same rewards without worrying about destroying enemies all way around again. Also all dungeon have special ticket mechanics, where by using tickets (that you get from chests, events etc.) that allows you to gain rewards based on the highest stage clearing on them. There are also Raids where you fight with huge dragon with other 10 people. For fighting it you will get special figurines and relics. PVP allows you to fight with other players to get titles (giving you some more stats). There is also Guild System where you can use special shop for guild points, fight with guild bosses that gives you a lot of rewards and daily diamond lottery (where based on diamondcontribution by all guild members, all diamond are used for lottery. All players win some diamond though ratio is 25%, 7%, 5%, 3%, 1% of all diamonds used). There are also two types of items to change the look of your character. Skins and Costumes. The first one is gained by advancing special stage, where you need to beat the boss. That will allow you to equip new skin with some good stats. You can get Costumes mosty from events and shop, but also there are few for diamonds (mostly costumes that were in the past during events). They also raise special stats, but are mostly used to change the look of your character. At the end of the 2022 they added male costumes (in previous month they were only female costumes) and as for 2023 (february) there is an incoming event - collaboration with WebToon. By clearing events and log in daily, you will get the skins from "The God of Highschool" Series.
Would you recommend this to other users? I would strongly recommend this game. You don't need to waste most of your day to grind stages or quests. If you're in a big rush, you can just log and clear daily quests in like 2 minutes at most. When it comes to AFK farming (with game turn off) there is a cap (around 12h). To be honest Blade Idle is very often updates with a lot of new content. For past months the Devs strongly focus on the new players, giving a lot of beginner rewards etc. Animations are good, with every upgrade point in your skill it also changes the look of it. Community is pretty friendly. The devs are also planning to add new server (Raids and some stuff will have cross-server option), which will allow for the new players to gain the high place in competeting with other players. Generally if there any bug or problem, the devs often sends a compensation rewards. Maintenances are always around 4 hours and after that there is also Maintenance compensation rewards. The only a bad thing for some people i can say about this game is a free ad shop. In ad shop you can get some tickets and diamond daily, but it takes a while to watch them all some most players buy adskip pack. Though is relatively cheap 6-7 $/Euro, in the long term it can give you advance in farming stuff. After playing for nearly a year, I can surely say it isn't essential for the playthrough. So if you're interested you can download game at the Google Store or AppleApp Store.
