For some reason, whenever i try to collect my SB points after watching an ad, it goes back to the screen where you click a button for an ad to appear. Its been going on over and over now. I tried again on another browser, but it doesnt work, says that something didnt go through, and told me to wait 24 hours after the last time i watched an ad, even though 24 hours has passed already. Can anyone help me with this? Sorry if i like post this on the wrong place, or if you cant understand what i said

Try Clearing your Browser Cache. It is one of the solution and has worked for many people. Also, if still the issue persists you will have to wait as this issue is under Investigation
