When u buy mods with SB Points, you will be able to download the game, so what happens when the game updates, do I have to re-buy the mod? or can I just download the updated version since I have purchased it?

Every Mod apk is remodded from scratch for updates as well so you will have to unlock the posts for the sb price even on updates.
