Well the opposite of dying is living. It depends on what specifically you mean by "not dying". By "not dying", you could mean it literally as in, "I want to keep my heart pumping and my brain functioning". For this, I'd suggest that you:
1) (As of right now) Avoid going to social gathers if you're in a country where COVID-19 is really kicking people's butts.
2) Keep a healthy diet. Although I myself hate exercise, and eating food other than junk food, I know that it's pretty much essential to live a healthy life. That being said, it's still OK to splurge sometimes!

3) Have fun! Even though we're at a time were we can't really do much, find something else that you want to do. Pick up a new hobby. Stalk people on social media. Do whatever it is you want, (except anything against the law, of course) no judgment here!
By "dying", you mean something figuratively like "dying on the inside", refer to #3 in the list above. If you're like me and you find every passing day feeling like the same, you can just expect to walk up one day feeling like the world around just changed overnight. If you want change, make it happen. I might be a hypocrite right not for not following my own advice, but at least I'm admitting to it, right?

But anyway, yes. Please do continue living life. There are so many great things about the world and I'm almost certain that you haven't seen the HALF of it. Get out there! Enjoy your life!
