I found a question similar to a problem I have but I have a couple more questions. Recently my choices progress hasn't been saving at all, on my device or on my linked Facebook account. So I switched devices and managed to download my game onto the new one, but it still wont save on my device or onto my Facebook account. I made a fake Facebook account to see if maybe my account was blocked and to save to a new one, but alas it says that it's already linked to another account and won't let me save to the new one even though I went into Facebook and deleted the app from logged in apps. So sad because I've been playing for over 2 years and have a ton of progress.
My questions: is it possible my game has been banned somehow? And if I were to contact the game support, will the fact that I'm playing a modded version be an issue at all? Any help will be appreciated. Hope everyone is safe and healthy!
