you mean, through google play store? you can't buy anything if the application you're using is a mod.

if you really want to purchase keys, you can uninstall the mod and replace it with the choices app from the playstore. after purchashing, uninstall it and install the mod again. that'll work as long as you're using a facebook account to save your progress.
