Name of the movie you are reviewing: Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs
An inventor, a weather girl, a chicken mascot, a talking monkey, and a Guatemalan cameraman/pilot/doctor/comedian fly into the sky in a flying car to destroy a food weather making machine. This all sounds really bizarre out of context, but it's a hella entertaining movie. One of my favourites.
Please enjoy
Review:
Young inventor Flint Lockwood faces criticism and hate for every single invention he puts out. When he accidentally shoots his latest invention, the so called "FLDSMDFR", which turns water into food, up in the sky, the machine starts to turn clouds into foody weather. Hence the title of the movie. In the beginning of the movie we are introduced to the failures of Flint, and only his mother believing in him. He lives on “a tiny island hidden under the 'A' in 'Atlantic' ” called Swallow Falls. They were famous for their sardines, but when the world realized "sardines are super gross", the citizens of Swallow Falls were stuck eating the sardines nobody else wanted. Flint created his machine to save his hometown, and when it shot up into the sky, it was raining food! The mayor loved this, because he wanted to be a "big" mayor (short guy complex if you ask me lmao). He was gonna get famous for his big tourist attraction, food storms and such. So using Flint's complex of nobody ever loving him and his need to be accepted, he manipulated him to keep making food even though it might be dangerous. On this journey, Flint falls in love with the weather girl, Sam Sparks who has a weird habit of saying something super smart and then bailing from it, and saying something super dumb. (uh yeah she's a big weather nerd and Flint helps her go back to being her old nerdy self). All in all, pretty dope movie, I've seen it about 8 times, and it still makes me rly happy.
I hope you enjoy it
