Copy/backup tool

Any suggestions for a copy/backup tool that would help us to transfer out shares from windows server 2016 to windows server 2019.
Also, we need all the NTFS/shared permissions to be copied to the new server without any loss.
I use Robocopy and I don't know how to make it run my backups automatically and on schedules, and I know Robocopy can't copy all the permissions, I already searched.
Any help and a free tool that would apply my requests will be appreciated

I did a search and I found many tools that can do these jobs, some are free and some are commercial, but finally, we go with the backup tool Gs Richcopy 360 after trying the trial version, I found it as a full-featured tool
