Dificult on Video Games

Hello every one, this is just a little post bout the dificult in the game.
Whe i was a child and i have a lot of time i allways prefer play y the maximum dificult, now im old and have enough stres, no have time to play so now i prefer the normal or easy, i think the dificult changes whit you. What do you think?

True, for games like Dark Souls.
But, I also found that if you still keep on playing the game the hard becomes easy.
For me it was the Real Time Strategy games like the AoE, AoM, StarCraft & WarCraft Series were a nightmare. I could beat a single game in Moderate difficulty. I deleted the games multiple times as I thought it was not my thing but I came back to them because the campaign stories attracted me and installed them again and again. Now after 10 years I am able to take on Hard difficulty bots in 1v1 5 out of 10 times.
I still fire up my PC once a week and play AoE 3 or SC2 for an hour or two.

I could beat a single game in Moderate difficulty.

I meant couldn't beat a single game in Normal difficulty.
