hmm, why dont you try to delete all the doom watch from your phone and redownload the game and oob.

Doing this does nothing to change the fact that it doesn't start past the loading resources screen ... It may not be because of your mods but because of the game. The actual game isn't even available in the USA Google Play store so I cannot confirm it.

I download both the MOD and the OOB and it load on my Note 8.
