Okay I found the solution and it was painfully obvious. All of the exagear instructions said to place the files on your SD card, however I realized that exagear installed to my phones internal memory and that is where the exagear obb folder was created, and that is where I dropped the obb file, and poof! It worked. Again, probably obvious, but every instruction only mentioned the SD card memory, not the internal memory so I suppose its wherever you have the program installed to.
