Warning : Spoiled ahead! (but hey, I'm not gonna details it just for you)
I'm watch a lot of apocalypse movies and since this COVID thing happened i'm pretty sure it will have impact to ours mind when we watch something similar (I'm still waiting zombie appear because of this disease), that my thoughts before watch this movie.
Well at the beginning I'm feel like watching WALL-E (2008) with Netflix Adaption become live action. Then this man Finch, go looting stuff around city with a machine dog. And suddenly sand storm coming make everything become intense but he survived.
After his daily routine, you will find out he not well and his plan of this situation. Finch absolutely a genius when he success create a robot help him through his journey. All of the funny things with this robot have a mind of a curious boy making the movie become more and more interesting.
After some dangerous events on their journey and there is it : the cause of this apocalypse - the ozone had been destroy (this new to me). With his illness, Finch know he can't make it to the end and he still worries about his robot boy, everything just so new and too much to explain when he don't have more time left.
But there's always hope if you won't give up, the ozone not collapse all around the world, there's still remains in some region. At this point, Finch finally feel the fresh air, sunshine and enjoy his last meal after those years of misery.
Finch gone, the robot boy now is on the journey of his own which makes me feel sad and worries about all the things he not know yet...
Would you recommend this to other users? Seriously you must watch this movie.
