Found an odd bug in Dream Town Story app?

I wanted to make requests for longstory and dream Town Story and while I was going to install dream Town Story from the Google play store (because I'm not sure if it requires online services constantly connected) it said enable permissions to let this app save. So I went into the app in my app manager and the app permissions section was entirely greyed out. This may be related to the new microSDXC internal card I got since some apps don't like running from it. But I want to be sure.

In that case you should use a fast SD card. But SD cards slows down the mobile tbh. Anyway provide some screenshots about you problem.
